Higher Safety Standards:
At Groupe Trans-West, safety is a priority at all stages of work execution: from the impeccable maintenance of trucks to the exemplary road behavior of truckers. Thus, Trans-West has obtained certifications: CTPAT (Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism – USA), PIP (Partners in Protection – Canada), ACE (Electronic Truck Manifest – USA), FAST (Free and Secure Trade – USA), SmartWay (U.S. environmental protection agency – USA).
All our trucks are equipped with integrated cameras that film events that may occur on the road as well as various sensors that alert drivers when, for example, they cross lines or a vehicle is in their blind spots.
In the event that our driver is not able to react in time, all these safety elements, combined with each other, can, if necessary, slow down or even brake the vehicle in order to avoid a collision.
The cameras installed make it possible to protect our drivers and to clear their responsibility in the event of a non-responsible accident.
In addition, always for safety purposes, these images allow us continuous monitoring of the way our drivers operate our vehicles and thus provide us with significant support in the context of continuous training.

Our refrigerated trailers, managed and tracked by satellite, are equipped with isothermal controls that comply with the strict environmental regulations of the State of California. When they return from each trip, they are washed, inside and out, a guarantee of safety for us is essential.
Our recent Bleu-Trans-West trucks meet the highest industry standards and undergo frequent methodical maintenance to ensure the efficient and safe transportation of our drivers and goods.
